Three parts that work together: a deep base, a lift-out colander and a lid that locks down on all sides. Rinse berries or salad leaves in the colander, let them drain above the base, then snap the lid on and the whole thing goes into the fridge.
Because the water drains away from the produce instead of sitting under it, greens, berries, celery and herbs stay crisp for longer. The seal also keeps odours where they belong, so fish, meat or cut fruit can share a shelf with everything else.
The colander lifts out to be used on its own, and the base doubles as a plain box for dry goods. Supplied as one drain box with its colander and lid.
