Paying should be the least interesting part of buying something. Here is exactly how ours works, so there is nothing to discover at the last screen.

The methods actually available to you are shown at checkout, and none of them carries a surcharge from us.

When the card is charged

Payment is taken when you confirm the order, not when the parcel leaves. An order confirmation follows within a few minutes; if it has not appeared, look in the spam or junk folder before writing to us at support@ijiexi.com.

How the payment is protected

Payments are handled by Shopify Payments, which is PCI-DSS compliant, and the whole checkout runs over SSL/TLS encryption. Full card numbers never reach our servers and are never stored by us. What we see is the confirmation that a payment succeeded, the last digits of the card, and the address you asked us to ship to.

Prices and totals

Every price on the site is in US Dollars (USD). The total, which is the product price plus any applicable sales tax, appears before you confirm the order. Standard shipping is free within the United States, so there is no delivery line to add, and there are no handling charges, no hidden fees and no later additions.

If a payment is declined

• Check that the billing address and card number match exactly what your bank holds.
• Confirm that funds or credit are available on the card.
• Look for a block, a spending limit or a travel restriction set by your issuer.
• Try one of the other methods listed above.
