Ijiexi is a Everyday Home Essentials shop run out of CINCINNATI, OH. We sell the unglamorous half of a home: the bins that hold the towels, the box that keeps the bread, the rack that dries the washing. None of it is decorative for its own sake. Each piece is here to solve one small daily problem and then be forgotten about, which is rather the point of a good household object.

We buy the way we would buy for our own cupboards, and most of what we look at does not make it.
- Materials that behave. Bamboo that does not split, fabric that holds its shape when the bin is full, plastic that does not go brittle in a damp bathroom, steel that does not rust above a sink.
- Measurements stated honestly. A shelf is a fixed width, so every listing carries its real dimensions in inches and centimetres, and both the shortest and longest spans where a piece expands.
- One job, done properly. We would rather stock a lid caddy that files lids than a gadget that claims to do six things badly.
- Brand new and sealed. Everything we ship is new, in its original packaging. We do not offer gift wrapping.

- Shipping without arithmetic. Free standard shipping to all 50 US states with no minimum, processed within 0-1 business days and delivered in 2-3 more, with a tracking number emailed the moment the parcel leaves us.
- Returns that mean something. A manufacturing defect, damage in transit or the wrong item sent: tell us within 30 days of delivery and we pay the return shipping.
- A checkout you can trust. Payments run through Shopify Payments over an encrypted connection, and your full card details never reach us.
- An actual reply. Write to us and you will hear back within 1-2 business days.
