Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of ijiexi.com (the "Site") and any order you place on it. They sit alongside our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund and Returns Policy, all of which form part of the agreement between us. By browsing the Site or placing an order you accept them; if you do not, please do not use the Site.

1. Who you are dealing with

Ijiexi is the trading name of LITTO FEAST LLC, based in CINCINNATI, OH. We sell Everyday Home Essentials products online and only online; there is no showroom to visit.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to order from the Site. By ordering you confirm that you meet that condition and that the information you give us, particularly the delivery address, is accurate and complete. We are not able to correct a delivery to an address that was entered incorrectly once the parcel has left us.

3. Products and availability

Products are described on their own pages, with the materials and measurements we have been given by the manufacturer. Photographs are representative; a screen will not reproduce a colour exactly, and a small variation in a hand-measured dimension is normal. We may add, change, restock or discontinue any product at any time without notice, and stock shown on the Site is not a guarantee that an item is available.

4. Prices, currency and errors

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and exclude sales tax unless stated. The full total, including any applicable tax, is shown at checkout before you confirm. We may change prices at any time, though a change never applies to an order already accepted. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a technical or human error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it.

5. Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. The confirmation email acknowledges that we received it; the contract is formed when we accept the order and dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, where payment cannot be verified, where a pricing error has occurred, or where we reasonably suspect fraud. If we cancel, you are refunded in full.

6. Payment

We accept Shop Pay, Shop Pay Installments (orders of $35 or more), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Venmo, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Elo, JCB, and UnionPay. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify Payments over an encrypted connection; we do not store full card details. All charges are shown before you confirm and there are no hidden fees.

7. Shipping

We ship to all 50 U.S. states and do not ship internationally. Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum. Processing takes 0-1 business days and transit 2-3 business days, and a tracking number is emailed at dispatch. The Shipping Policy governs the detail, including cut-off times and lost parcels.

8. Cancellations

If you need to cancel, write to support@ijiexi.com as soon as you can and we will stop the order if it has not already been processed or handed to the carrier. Once a parcel has left us it cannot be recalled.

9. Returns and refunds

Returns are accepted for a manufacturing defect, damage in transit or the wrong item being sent, within 30 days of delivery. Change of mind is not covered. The Refund and Returns Policy sets out the eligibility, the evidence we need and the timings, and it applies in full to any return.

10. Your account

If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for everything done through the account. Tell us at support@ijiexi.com immediately if you think someone else has access to it.

11. Acceptable use

When using the Site you agree not to:

• use it for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
• interfere with its operation or security, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it or to another user's account;
• scrape, copy, mirror or republish its content without our written permission;
• upload or transmit malicious code of any kind;
• place orders using another person's payment details without their authority.

12. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, product descriptions, photography, graphics, logos and page design, are owned by or licensed to Ijiexi and protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own personal use. Any other reproduction, distribution or commercial use requires our prior written consent.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and the products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work to keep descriptions accurate and the Site running, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, and we do not warrant that any product will meet a particular expectation beyond the description on its page. Nothing here excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ijiexi and LITTO FEAST LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or from a product bought on it, including loss of data, loss of revenue and loss of profit. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LITTO FEAST LLC, its officers and its employees against any claim, loss, liability or reasonable cost arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of the rights of a third party.

16. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what personal information we collect and how it is handled.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio and of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought in the courts located in State of Ohio.

18. Severability and changes

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force. We may revise these Terms from time to time; the current version is always posted on this page with its effective date, and continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
